RETURN & SERVICE REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Products & Services

Elysium Management Company (“Elysium,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers Membership Packages that provide:

  • Digital membership access

  • Lifestyle service benefits

  • Discount privileges

  • Potential equity allocation (subject to compliance review)

Elysium does not sell physical goods requiring shipment or physical return.

Accordingly, “returns” refer to cancellation and refund requests for membership purchases.


2. General Return Eligibility

Because Membership Packages are digital services and may include equity allocation:

  • Returns are not automatically available.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of activation and share issuance.


3. Before Membership Activation

If a Member requests cancellation:

  • Before compliance review is completed; AND

  • Before membership benefits are activated; AND

  • Before shares are issued;

The Member may request a refund.

Refunds may be subject to:

  • Merchant processing fees

  • Banking charges

  • Administrative costs


4. After Membership Activation

Once membership benefits have been activated or accessed:

  • The purchase is considered partially or fully utilized.

  • Refunds are generally not available.

  • Access to digital services constitutes use.

Examples of activation include:

  • Access to aviation booking systems

  • Access to discount portals

  • Account dashboard activation

  • Issuance of member credentials


5. Equity Component (If Applicable)

If shares have been issued following compliance approval:

  • The equity portion of the Membership Package is non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Shares are subject to the Shareholder Agreement and 4-year lock-up.

  • Share issuance cannot be reversed except as required by law.

Membership cancellation does not revoke issued shares.


6. Compliance-Based Rejection

If a purchaser fails AML/KYC screening:

  • Share issuance will not proceed.

  • The transaction may be cancelled.

  • A refund may be issued, less administrative and banking costs.

Elysium reserves the right to refuse service for compliance reasons without detailed disclosure.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a Membership Package, you agree:

  • Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Elysium.

  • To allow reasonable time for dispute resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Membership access may be suspended.

  • Equity issuance may be frozen.

  • Legal remedies may be pursued where shares have already been issued.


8. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

Approved refunds may take:

  • 7–21 business days

  • Subject to FNB banking timelines and card network rules

Elysium is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


9. Jurisdictional Consumer Rights

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in:

  • South Africa

  • United States

  • Mexico

  • Philippines

  • Other jurisdictions

Statutory rights will prevail over this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be legally waived.


10. Non-Transferable Purchases

Membership purchases are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Company.


11. How to Request a Return

Return or refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

The request must include:

  • Full name

  • Order reference number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request


12. Policy Modifications

Elysium reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website.
