2. Membership Packages & Equity Participation

EMC offers Silver, Gold, and Platinum Membership Packages. Each package provides access to cross-industry benefits and may include the allocation of non-voting shares, subject to compliance approval and execution of the Shareholder Agreement.

Key equity terms include:

  • Non-voting shares issued at $0.25 USD per share.
  • Mandatory 4-year lock-up period from issuance date.
  • Shares are privately held and not publicly tradable at issuance.
  • Share issuance occurs only after AML/KYC and compliance review.

3. Compliance & Share Issuance Process

Following payment, all equity allocations undergo a 48–72 hour compliance review. This includes identity verification, sanctions screening, and membership eligibility confirmation. Shares are issued only upon approval and recorded in the official shareholder register.

4. Risk Considerations

Purchase of private shares involves substantial risk. Prospective Buyers should carefully consider:

  • Shares are illiquid and subject to lock-up restrictions.
