The Mooney MJ30 is a next-generation five-seat light jet developed by Mooney Aircraft.
Sustainable Aviation Fuel Leadership
Sustainability is central to the Mooney International vision.
Through Elysium Management Company, the airline is developing large-scale Sustainable Aviation Fuel production facilities.
These facilities use:
• Used cooking oil (UCO)
• Animal fats
• Municipal solid waste
• Advanced biofuel technology
This allows Mooney International to significantly reduce lifecycle emissions while stabilizing long-term
fuel costs.
Coega International Airport
Africa’s Future Aviation Super Hub
One of the most ambitious infrastructure projects connected to Mooney International is Coega International Airport in South Africa.
The airport is designed as a fully integrated aviation ecosystem combining:
- Passenger hub
- Cargo logistics center
- SAF energy production
- Aircraft manufacturing
- Aviation research facilities
By 2040 the airport could handle:
• 50–70 million passengers annually
• 3–4 million tonnes of cargo
• 500,000 aircraft movements annually
Circular Mega Terminal
The Coega terminal introduces a revolutionary design.
Instead of traditional concourses, aircraft park around a 360-degree circular terminal.

The Global Cargo HyperPort integrates sea, air, rail, and automated freight systems.

Aviation Manufacturing District
Mooney International is also building an aviation manufacturing campus at Coega.

Aircraft can roll directly from the production facility to the runway.
Very few airports worldwide integrate aircraft manufacturing directly on site.
